Saginaw has been my home for most of my life, and Red River Roastery was formed to create a unique experience for Saginaw, TX. A lot of store-bought coffee is mass-produced to the point of losing quality, and nothing beats the taste of freshly roasted coffee. So we've set out on a mission to bring something unique to the community we are from.
The community that we love.
Red River Roastery is all about local. We love the mindset and taking action of supporting local, so we are setting out to practice what we preach. We source as much as we can locally, including our bourbon barrels which come from Blackland Distillery.
As the owner of Red River Roastery, I've watched the Saginaw, TX community grow over the span of more than two decades. I spent my entire K-12 education in EMS-ISD, ultimately becoming an alumni of Saginaw High School. The City of Saginaw has done surveys, and people have always talked about how they want unique, local businesses for Saginaw, TX. So I decided...
Why not just make one?
Here's what Red River Roastery is all about:
We live and preach local, and we aim to reach that standard. Though we are just getting started, we will gradually become more and more involved with our Saginaw Community.
Are you tired of spending $16-$20 per bag of coffee at the store for something that tastes mediocre? We aim to sell our coffee at competitive prices without sacrificing any of the flavor.
From our raw coffee supplier to our bourbon barrels for aging, we work hard to make sure we have a quality source for all out materials. Plus, we always look for a local supplier first.
As we add more incredible coffee to our list of offerings, we've got charitable campaign plans lined up beginning in 2024. You'll see a lot of our coffees that will have portions of proceeds going to local nonprofits like Community Link.
